Ingredients:  red lentil - chickpea - carrot – onion - flax - garlic - parsley - cumin - curry seasoning - coriander- paprika - oregano - salt - nutmeg - black pepper.

Heating Instructions:

Microwave:  One minute and 20 seconds on high.

BBQ/Grill:  Until heated throughout.

Oven:  Preheat to 400°F, then 5 mins each side.
